Should you do it? Absolutely. I was just like you, got served, was scared to death and didn’t know what to do. No lawyers would call me back either. Plus, I couldn’t afford one anyway. Just because I couldn’t get a lawyer didn’t mean I had to lose this case. I had no idea what I was doing at ALL and I am sure you don’t either.

You need to realize that there is a 95% chance that they do not have the agreement, contract or any credit card statements. No Evidence means No Lawsuit which means No Win. The Longer the debt, the harder it is to prove. People need to realize that most of these collection agencies or junk debt buyers are going after a default judgment.

They get the default judgment because people are too afraid to fight them back or just do not know how to fight them back. I used The Defendant’s Package to win my credit card lawsuit.
