Credit Card Lawsuit Message Boards
Before I knew about credit card lawsuits, I would search the Internet and read any and all message boards.
Please keep in mind that half of the people on these boards don’t know what they are talking about. Yes, they tend to help but most just preach laws from their own states and figure that their laws are the same as yours. So you can really mess things up if you don’t know what you are doing.
Once again, you need to read your own local court rules and take it from there.
Never copy anyone else’s Motions or anything. Just use them at your own discretion and edit your own laws.
